Cardio Tennis

Why lock yourself in the gym for a good cardio workout when you can be on the court? Cardio Tennis is a group workout activity for players of all levels. Get in a good sweat and increase your stamina for a better game by running rapid tennis drills in a fun, challenging group workout!

Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up period, high-energy cardio workout, and a guided cool-down segment. Whether you’re getting yourself tournament-ready or beach-ready, Cardio Tennis is a great workout.
