East Bay - Flex Play

We offer mens, women and senior weekly flexible play at both locations. Singles, doubles, mixed doubles and clinics are available by level of play ranging from 2.5 to 4.0. Must call ahead to sign up for a match or clinic. 

Cardio Tennis

Why lock yourself in the gym for a good cardio workout when you can be on the court? Cardio Tennis is a group workout activity for players of all levels. Get in a good sweat and increase your stamina for a better game by running rapid tennis drills in a fun, challenging group workout!

Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up period, high-energy cardio workout, and a guided cool-down segment. Whether you’re getting yourself tournament-ready or beach-ready, Cardio Tennis is a great workout.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are available everyday of the week beginning as early as 7:00am. Lessons can last as short as 30 minutes and as long as 2 hours. Private group lessons are also available, please call for group rates. 24 hour notice is required if you need to cancel your scheduled lesson.
